CJM Properties LLC is a family owned company located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA.
Each member of the family offers a valued different perspective and skill set. Working together with trusted, experienced, local contractors, CJM purchases and renovates and sells homes in the Tulsa County area.
The demo stage of a home renovation is often seen as an exciting time. At CJM during any demo we are conscious of holding on to materials which can be reused, repurposed, or refinished. It is not only economical, it is also an environmentally friendly option.
Those items which are removed from a home which can be reused by another person are donated to Habitat For Humanity, or a similar community agency.
Bob C. Friies
Bob is a real estate broker with commercial, retail, corporate real estate and residential real estate background.
He graduated from the University of Tulsa with a degree in Finance.
Bob speaks fluent Spanish and German.
His multifaceted practical knowledge about the many aspects of construction, finance and renovation make him an ideal leader for the CJM group.
Cindi Fries
Cindi H. Fries is a Assoc. Professor Emeritus retired from teaching with Northeastern State University. She is the CJM's lead interior designer and bookkeeper,
Robert Fries
Robert M. Fries is the lead project manager and contractor for CJM, He manages the daily requirements of each of the contractors for the property's under renovation. Robert is also very skilled in the demo and remodeling requirements of CJM property projects.
